Author of Smarter Than Your Average Teen: A Media Literacy Curriculum for DWI and Underage Drinking Prevention (Funded by New Mexico Highway Traffic Safety Department). Editorial Board Member for the Centers for Disease Control, Office on Smoking and Health, Counter Marketing Manual. Consultant to White House Office on Drug Control Policy project to produce Marvel Comics books teaching media literacy skills for drug prevention (your friendly neighborhood Spiderman). Reviewer for the Centers for Disease Control Media Sharp media literacy curriculum. Co-Author of two New Mexico Media Literacy Project CD-ROMs teaching media literacy for prevention.

Selected Trainings Given Trainer for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Leadership to Keep Youth Alcohol Free initiative, working with Governor's spouses in 29 states. Dozens of teacher in-services including schools districts in 10 states and Safe & Drug Free Schools sponsored workshops in New Mexico. Faculty for Media Literacy Teacher Catalyst Institute 4 day training offered by the New Mexico Media Literacy Project in 1998 & 1999.
